Here at Scent To You we are big on mysteries, but we want you to know everything before you purchase! So here are some of our frequently asked questions.
When will I receive my air fresheners?
All subscriptions are shipped in the first few days of each month and should arrive within the first 10 days. To be included in the next month’s delivery, you’ll need to subscribe before the 27th of the current month. Subscriptions placed after the 27th will begin with the following month’s cycle.
How are the air fresheners delivered?
We send all subscriptions via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. While most deliveries arrive promptly, any delays are usually due to Royal Mail processing times.
What kind of car air freshener will I get?
Each month is a surprise! You’ll receive a mixture of well-known brands such as Little Trees and California Scents, along with unique one-offs and specially designed Scent To You branded air fresheners.
How long does each air freshener last?
Every air freshener is different, but on average you can expect your monthly scent to last a minimum of 10 days. Many last much longer, depending on the brand, scent strength, and usage.
How does payment work?
All subscriptions are paid upfront for the full year at the time of purchase. The plan automatically renews each year, so you’ll always stay fresh unless you cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Scent To You account on our Shopify store:
Select “Cancel Subscription”
Once cancelled, your plan will not renew at the next billing cycle.

Can I choose the scents or brands?
No — the fun of Scent To You is the mystery! Every month is a surprise, and you’ll discover scents you may never have tried otherwise.
What if I don’t like a scent?
Since scents are subjective, we can’t exchange them. But part of the joy is trying new fragrances — and you might find unexpected favourites.
Can I gift a subscription to someone else?
Absolutely! Just enter their shipping details at checkout, and we’ll deliver their mystery fresheners each month. It’s the perfect gift that keeps on giving all year round.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently, Scent To You is available for UK customers only. We’re exploring international shipping in the future.

What if my air freshener doesn’t arrive?
If you haven’t received your air freshener by the 15th of the month, please contact our support team at scenttoyouuk@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
Will I get duplicate scents?
We do our best to keep each month unique. Occasionally, a classic scent may appear again in 12 month period, We try to keep brands to a minimum of 3 appearances per calendar year, but the aim is always variety and freshness
